In the beginning of the COVID19 pandemic, when outside was closed and we all socialized via Zoom, a chick from Philly had an idea. Let’s gather Black women together and talk.
I didn’t know that people would enjoy it. I didn’t know that the woman I began that journey with would do anything for clout and that would be a wrap on our friendship. I didn’t know that my 2nd cohost would be better than the first and that eventually she and I would also stop being friends.
I didn’t know that we’d do a spin off – Da Smoke Watches.
I didn’t know that I would put the video editor down for a year.
I do know however that a part of me reclaiming and reestablishing myself is going back to creating.
First, it’s a good sign that I can step up and do something other than write about what’s cluttering my brain. Also, it gets me back into the groove which I need because June will be here before I know it.
Instead of waiting for the right time, I pulled the trigger and relaunched.
The comeback show is still being edited, but it was good to be back on the microphone.
To hold you over I was able to create a couple of clips.
And because of that…..Vizionz has yet another new category.
